Did you know? While we’re most famous for our cheese, beer, and the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin is also home to a thriving game development scene!
…and many more!
Last year, local industry organization the Wisconsin Games Alliance kicked off M+DEV, a game development conference designed to serve as a gathering place for games industry professionals (and soon-to-be professionals) across Wisconsin, the Midwest, and beyond. The inaugural event was a smashing success, highlighting and celebrating the achievements of numerous exhibitors and speakers from nearly every corner of the game development world: AAA, indie, educational, theme park games, VR/AR, and more!
Sad you missed out on last year’s show, right?
Good news: M+DEV is back and better than ever – and it’s happening on Friday, October 19, 2018! Kicking off with a keynote from games industry legend Tim Gerritsen (Bioshock Infinite, The Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game), M+DEV 2018 promises to be another unmissable event for all local gamedev professionals. Whether you’re a longtime industry veteran or a total games industry noob, M+DEV serves as an excellent venue for meeting, networking, and learning from talented minds both locally and from the greater global games industry. Those interested in reserving their tickets can do so today on the official M+DEV website!
