Leading Professional Learning

In the Leading Professional Learning simulation game, leaders explore an experiential learning opportunity for anyone involved with planning and implementing school-based professional learning experiences for teachers. Based on the research- and practice-based concepts from Designing Professional Development for Teachers of Science and Mathematics, Leading Professional Learning allows leaders to engage with real-life examples that develop vision and new skills for leading professional learning experiences, and promote sustained effective practice in schools. WestEd worked with Filament to create a digital version of this previously physical-only learning experience.
