If you’re a regular reader of our blog, you know that our mission at Filament is to create playful experiences to improve people’s lives. This mission statement is our north star in terms of the projects we take on and the impact we want to make on the world, and we’ve got the portfolio to prove it! What you might not know however is that we also have a set of core and aspirational values that we weave into our methodology and our culture at every opportunity. These values define our approach to work, our work/life balance, to each other, and to our clients.
